Product fit perfect no complaints from the actual work, communication was lacking with my first time ordering online from them I was a little nervous. Obviously it all worked out but would have loved a “hey super busy here sorry we couldn’t get to you sooner it should be out soon”

Do not purchase from this company if you are not local to the company. I purchased a basic speaker box for my truck from their website advertised as a ships in 5 days. I placed the order on March 20th and have not received the order yet. I have emailed twice- once on April 1st, the 2nd on April 8th with no response. I reached out through email as that is his preferred method of communication based on other reviews. I will update my review as needed. Edit: I have updated my review to 3 stars. After my review posting I finally received an email update from the owner with a plausible reason. His communication improved. I received the box I had ordered, and if was nicely constructed and fit my subwoofer perfectly.

I really wanted to give this place 4, or less, stars because it took around 85 days to get the speaker box I ordered. But I just couldn't do it after getting my audio installed! The box looks great! It's built with quality materials. It was designed with trunk space and functionality in mind. And the subs sound rock solid in it! These boxes are worth the wait, should you order in a busy time of year and have weather be a hindrance, like I did! Initially, I honestly that I'd never do business with SRQ Customs again. Instead, I'm finding myself disappointed that they don't make anything for the Lexus GX470. Odds are, whatever box I put in mine will be inferior in every way. Seriously, you will NOT be disappointed with the build quality here!

I had been looking for something that I could have installed and still keep everything looking stock, and these guys were the only ones that caught my eye and so I purchased the custom Tacoma subwoofer box from them on Nov. 6, 2025, they were cool and gave me a military discount, paid around $580. Received my purchase in the amount of time specified, contacted them on the same day the package was recieved, Nov. 21, 2025, because the enclosure was damaged during shipping. Stated I had an appointment for install and was going to have to postpone because I didnt want to have it all installed and then have to remove the enclosure if it failed due to the damage on one of the corners. Damage was caused by shipping company, SRQ's quality product was exactly as described, if not better. Guessing there was a misunderstanding in communication, because when I texted to see about a replacement enclosure the gentleman said he would have one right out for me, this was Dec. 11, 2025. After a couple months of SRQ dealing with weather and material receiving issues I received my Valentine's day gift today on Feb 14th. And once again they did not disappoint, the work and attention to detail is second

Honestly zero complaints. They responded to emails/custom requests for reducing the box size. The box I ordered was built and arrived to me in about two weeks. Fitment was great. Sound is great. There's enough room on the back to mount an amp. Good business to deal with.
